Year-End Information (What We Need)

In order for PPI to print your company’s ACA forms accurately, we must know what internal programming changes are required. Please complete and email the 2024 ACA questionnaire by December 13, 2024. If you have any questions, email acasupport@payrollpeople.com

ACA isolved Timeline

• All ACA questionnaires are due by December 13, 2024.
• All ACA data for tax year 2024 must be in your payroll platform, approved, and signed off by January 10, 2024.
• PPI will begin printing 1095C pressure-sealed copies for all platforms on January 13, 2024.
• California ACA mandates that employees must receive their forms on or before January 31, 2024.

Statewide Minimum Wage Increase

The director of California’s Department of Finance has certified that the state’s minimum wage will increase from $16 per hour to $16.50 per hour for all employers as of January 1, 2025.
