Under House Bill 567, the paid sick leave law and minimum wage increase requirements have been repealed in Missouri. The bill will go into effect on August 28, 2025.
The requirements outlined in Proposition A (requiring employers to provide paid sick leave and the state minimum wage to increase in phases) are effectively repealed, with the exception of the planned increase to $15.00 per hour on January 1, 2026.
