Important: Enhanced Security Protocols in isolved
As you know, we take security very seriously at Payroll People. In recent newsletters, we have mentioned an update coming to the isolved multi-factor authentication. Here are additional details regarding that change:
Users will see the following updates on March 4, 2024.
*Core/Classic isolved People Cloud: When you access isolved People Cloud, you can choose to have the system remember the device for 12 hours (enabled by default, a box can be unchecked if needed). Login will then occur as normal.
*Adaptive Employee Experience (self-service): When you access AEE (self-service), you will be redirected toaee.myisolved.com. It will now have a 15-minute inactivity timeout – if you don’t interact in some way with the program, you will be automatically logged out for enhanced security. All users will experience the same login and timeout functionality whether using the mobile app or browser.

STEPtember Update
