2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Sick Leave Poster and Resources
The Labor Comissioner of California has published a workplace poster and FAQ on the 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave, a law that went into effect on February 19, 2022. It applies to employers with 26 or more employees. Applicable employers are required to post the new poster in the workplace. The law was signed by Governor Newsom on February 9 and will remain in effect through
September 30, 2022.
