The Department of Labor (DOL) has published the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Employee Notice.
The DOL also issued a corresponding Frequently Asked Questions Advisory which clarifies that an employer must post the Employee Notice by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.
Additionally, a general FFCRA FAQ has been published by the DOL that contains detailed information and explanations.
