Using the online portal is required for eligible employers to submit annual reports, and the 2023 reporting deadline is May 8, 2024.
Private employers with 100+ employees and at least one California must submit pay data reports covering the previous calendar year. This information must be supplied to the state by the second Wednesday in May annually. The requirement is separate from the need to submit an EEO-1 report.
